I have heard of, but had never played, the standard edition of the well-known board game and until it was given to my daughter as a 3rd birthday present I had no idea there existed a Junior or "Kids" version. Candy Land - An All Time Classic Board Gameby Jeff Bogle15 Jun 2007 05:46 AMMy three-year old has been home everyday for a month now. Zooreka - Game Reviewby Lauri Griffin27 Apr 2007 06:34 PMZooreka from Cranium games won the Toy Industry Association's 2007 Game of the Year. I can see why it won. It's unique and imaginative, a good simple math equivalency lesson and a good first lesson or at least an awareness of probability. It's also a good game for different ages to play together. Rivers, Roads, and Rails - Game Reviewby Lauri Griffin24 Feb 2007 08:57 AMWe've been doing a lot of cleaning out of old toys and games. Some toys I can give away without hesitation. Others make me sad for the days when the toy was a favorite. And some, I'm keeping. Rivers, Roads, and Rails by Ravensburger is one I can't bring myself to toss. It's not really yucky though, it's actually a very clever and unique card game. The Frog Juice game from GameWright has won a recommendation from the National Association for Gifted Children.
