Check out this week's crafts at a glance. This week was a little lean on inspiration, but I hope you will like and can use some of these ideas:

More Costume Ideas and Some Resources

If you haven't figured out a Halloween or Harvest Day Costume yet, you only have a couple weeks left! Maybe some of these ideas or resources will help.

Harvest and Halloween Party Ideas

Are you and your kids ready to party? What about games? If you could still use a few ideas, check out some of these:

Party Games:

*Tricks and Treats

*Take a Wild Guess

Adapted Versions of Old Favorites:

*Pass the Pumpkin

*Pick a Pumpkin

Halloween Decorations: Pumpkin Pole

Okay, I know everyone here has heard of a totem pole. Well, this is a similar idea, only it's a pumpkin pole. This cute decoration can be used as a table topper, near the front door, or anywhere you like. Includes variations of the original project.

Homecoming Ideas

Here are some cute homecoming ideas we can all use, even if we don't have a lot of extra time.

More Trick or Treat Stuff

Make this cool container out of a milk jug. Use it to store treats that you want to pass out to trick-or-treaters, or make it to use in place of a trick-or-treat bag. It's easy! Includes decorating ideas and variations of the original.

Trick or Treat Safety Checklist Craft

Help you kids make a cool trick or treat safety checklist chart. They can read over the safety tips or you can read them aloud for children too young to read as you work on this project.

Safety Checklist:

1. In the dark of night, you need a light.

2. When crossing the road, find a hand to hold.

3. Walk, don't run, falls spoil the fun.

4. If the porch light isn't on, move along.

5. Have adults check your treats, before you eat.
