I spent the weekend in heaven… geek heaven, that is. The boys, my husband, and I went to PAX 2007 in Seattle. The Penny Arcade Expo is a three-day game festival for video, desktop, and table gamers. Disney Expanding Video Game Investment

Video games are an expanding market that generates billions of dollars in revenue. The Walt Disney Company announced that they plan to triple the amount of money they invest in the development of new video games. The market is a wealth of opportunity for the entertainment giant and they have long produced video game titles in companionship to their feature film releases from Meet the Robinsons to Pirates of the Caribbean and more. Children’s Fitness: New Global Health Threat in the Form of Video Games?
